The Meadow Club Subscription Policy

Effective from date of first subscription purchase.

1. Overview

By subscribing to The Meadow Club, you (“the Subscriber”) agree to receive recurring deliveries of Meadow's signature sculptural bouquets on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as selected at checkout. These terms govern the ongoing relationship between you and Meadow for the duration of your subscription.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Subscription payments will be automatically billed to your selected payment method at the frequency chosen (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • Charges will occur on the same day of the week or month as your initial order, unless updated.
  • Prices include fresh floral arrangements, packaging, and standard delivery within our designated service area.
  • By subscribing, you authorise Meadow to charge your account automatically until the subscription is cancelled or paused.

3. Deliveries

  • Bouquets are designed and hand-crafted fresh for each delivery.
  • Deliveries are made on your designated schedule and cannot be customised individually unless pre-arranged.
  • Delivery days may shift slightly during peak periods or bank holidays. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Subscription Management

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at [your email/contact].
  • To pause or cancel, requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Refunds are not issued for skipped deliveries after billing has occurred.

5. Subscription Benefits

  • Subscribers receive priority access to limited seasonal designs and exclusive arrangements not available for one-time purchase.
  • Members may receive additional perks throughout the year, such as early product access or special gifts.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible.
  • It is your responsibility to retrieve delivered flowers promptly to preserve freshness.
  • Meadow is not liable for damage caused by delayed retrieval or incorrect delivery details.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update subscription terms or pricing. Any significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
